Breakfast cereal is a staple breakfast option. In fact, one way of eating smart is to have cereal for breakfast at least five days a week to lose weight fast. A study published in the journal Advances in Nutrition in 2014 suggested several research papers on the benefits of consuming breakfast cereals regularly [1]. Following that, they concluded that regular breakfast cereal consumption could lower the body mass index and result in less risk of being overweight or obese. Moreover, breakfast cereal is convenient and can be eaten either hot or cold. Some add milk to make it more palatable and appetising while others add yoghurt and fruits to enhance the taste and nutrition value. Whatever may be your preference, this yoghurt banana honey cups made of whole wheat breakfast cereal will get you want to eat it every day.
